My primary focus as a REALTOR is to provide excellent customer service to my clients, so that the buying or selling of your home is a smooth and straightforward transaction.  With all the details, paperwork, and negotiations that are part of a real estate sale, my goal is to be a single point of contact, so that the process is streamlined, and you can focus on the matters of moving and getting settled.

My business background is strong, varied, and has been very focused on customer service, communication, and using technology to increase productivity and improve performance.  Previously, I worked with AT&T for 15 years with much of my experience in the marketing and sales of large products to major clients.  I also have over 7 years of experience as a small business owner with a strong emphasis on working well with people in a sales and management positions.   I have been investing in real estate for several years and in 2003 decided to start helping others with their real estate transactions.   

My academic education includes:

·    Bachelor’s Degree – Mathematics, Southern Oregon State College 1981

·    Master’s Degree – Computer Science, Colorado State College 1984

·    Master of Business Administration, University of Phoenix 1994 

I've also made it a priority to continue my educations as a REALTOR and have been received and maintain the following credentials: 

·    GRI - Graduate REALTORS® Institute, National Association of Realtors 2004

·     e-PRO - Internet Real Estate Professional, National Association of Realtors 2004

·    ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative 2005

·    MRE Society - Membership in this Master of Real Estate organization recognizes an individual's dedication to excellence through professional education and commitment to staying abreast of the latest real estate regulations and practices. Less than one percent of REALTORS in Arizona belong to this Society. 2005-2006

In addition to my commitment to helping my clients in real estate, I keep my family a priority and also volunteer in my community, especially in the areas of special education and technology in education.  I have a son with special needs, and am especially suited to working with families who may have family members with special needs that need some extra attention relative to the purchase or sale of their home.
